This project involved a comprehensive landscaping upgrade, beginning with the installation of 1,400 square feet of fresh sod, creating a lush, green lawn. An entirely new irrigation system was installed, ensuring efficient water distribution for the entire landscape. Two separate flagstone patios were thoughtfully designed, offering both functional outdoor living spaces and natural beauty. The mulch in garden beds was upgraded to enhance the aesthetic appeal and provide better moisture retention for the plants. To complete the transformation, numerous shrubs and plantings were added, bringing color, texture, and life to the space. The result is a well-balanced, inviting landscape that is both sustainable and visually striking.
